It's natural to have concerns as you recover from an illness. Our caring nurses, therapists and support staff can address the challenges you face and provide the support and care that you need.
Whether you need care after a hospitalization or to prevent one, Spectrum Health Visiting Nurse Association has specially designed programs to help you.

Our Availability
Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our program is recognized for its high quality and is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program. With this accreditation, we meet rigorous guidelines for service and quality.
We offer home care in Allegan, Kent, Montcalm, Barry, Ionia and Ottawa counties, and coordinate care statewide. We also provide nursing for patients receiving Spectrum Health Infusion Pharmacy Services.
